Return and exchange policy:   Returning or exchanging the product is the right of all our customers, and it includes all the products that we offer in our store.   - All products offered on our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.   - Return or exchange is possible if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.   - Return within two (2) days and exchange within four (4) days from the date of purchase.   - Please contact us through our e-mail or by calling us through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.   - Please take a picture and send the product with specifying the city, address and order number so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, defective or malfunctioning. It is not used in accordance with the agreement.   - A full refund is given to the customer if the product received is completely different from the one shown on our website.   - We are not responsible for the expectations of the customer's use of the products, which we did not mention on the product page on our website.   - 50% deduction or no less than 25 dirhams if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or problem mentioned in it.
